TERMS & CONDITIONS
What You Need to Know
1. Booking
1.1. Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email.
1.2. All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment once it has been scheduled.
1.3. Please provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle when booking.
2. Deposits
2.1. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
2.2. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given.
2.3. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.2. Prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
4. Cancellations
4.1. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment.
4.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4.3. To cancel an appointment, please contact us via phone or email.
5. Rescheduling
5.1. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
5.2. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee and potential forfeiture of the deposit.
5.3. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new appointment time, but rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. No Shows
6.1. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, you may forfeit your deposit and be charged a no-show fee.
6.2. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future bookings.
7. Delays and Late Arrivals
7.1. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.
7.2. Late arrivals may result in a rescheduling or cancellation, depending on our schedule.
8. Service Limitations
8.1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
8.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, equipment failure, or emergencies, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
9. Customer Obligations
9.1. Please remove any valuable belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for any lost items left in the vehicle
9.2. Provide accurate information regarding your vehicle’s condition and any specific requirements for the service.
10. Refunds
10.1. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of service limitations as described in Section 8.
10.2. If we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
